The Reels Project
Daanokia focuses on the education of middle school to high school students and at the same time the well-being of the agriculture industry. I am a part of this startup and we started with a different identity designed by someone else. We came to the conclusion that the designs weren't suitable for our new audience and that we needed a rebranding. That's when I decided to step in and make this re-branding possible. I re-designed everything from the logo to the website, leaving Daanokia with a more modern and fresh look.
I worked with a content writer and a voice actress on this project.

The Project
The BCC Tutoring Center offers many resources to their students and the newly formed resource, The Reels Project, centers around visual guidance in the format of reels.
The project needed a brand that can complement the center's mission and offer a minimal look to the overall tutoring center brand.
In addition to the brand design, each reel had to be generated from idea to final production. With a team made of faculty and tutors, a list of ideas were formed out of the subjects that the tutoring center's students seem to struggle with the most.
The team then generated scripts and it went to production where I served as the cameraman and made coordinations for post production with my colleague.
The final product then headed to the center's supervisors for approval.

The logo, formed out of a simple sans serif typography, uses quotation marks to show "support" through two hands. Each quotation mark acts as one of those hands, showing the connection between the project and the tutoring center.
